Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads by phone, email and a very advanced CRM
- Convert leads from customers to clients
- Identify homes that meet buyer’s criteria
- Have a flexible schedule
- Write & negotiate contracts for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyers & sellers
- Effectively communicate with management and team members
- Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month
- Call, convert, prospect your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads per month
- Hold open houses regularly
- Report to Becky O’Neill-Romaine
- Requirements:
- Drive and initiative to make $35,000 – 75,000 income
- Valid Missouri Real Estate License is required
- Smart Phone Technology necessary for utilization of apps for real estate
- Experience with CRM/database management systems preferred but not mandatory
- Organized, systematic, detail-oriented
- Exceptional follow-up skills
- Superior time management
- Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced team environment
- Highly motivated to succeed
- Ability to learn & adapt to scripts and dialogues
- Social Media knowledge
- Confident telephone voice
- Able to build rapport and be an excellent communicator
- Be very quick to respond and fully accessible
